Gateway Atelier of Classical Art

A nonprofit organization

Gateway Atelier of Classical Art provides training in classical drawing, painting, and sculpture through curricularly driven ongoing classes, workshops, open studio experiences, and lectures for artists in figurative, portrait, interior, still life art, as well as sculpture. Founded by Ingrid Oertli and B. J. Parker, GACA has served St. Louis and the broader metro east region since 2018.

GACA courses and workshops are open to all skill levels—beginner to advanced. We offer individualized instruction in a traditional atelier setting. Our instructor, B. J. Parker has been designated as an ARC (Art Renewal Center) Associate Living Master.
