Flip That House the Board Game University

Flip That House The Board Game was created by Saint Louisan Gwendolyn Taylor at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.  Since the birth of the board game, it has now grown into an entire educational learning system.  Using Flip That House The Board Game, and other tools created and applying STEM concepts, Flip That House University is helping to change the lives of our youth on child at a time.

Flip That House The Board Game University facilitates after-school, summer, and entrepreneurship enhancement programs across the region.  We offer various programs that allow participants to immerse themselves in the world of a real-life real estate investor.  The participants must utilize critical thinking skills, math, and other STEM concepts to become the ultimate flipping mogul.  The program also includes a design competition, where our participants compete to create the "BEST" renovated model flip on the block.  Currently Flip That House The Board Game is an official program partner of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, an official program partner of the University of Missouri Extension Program and an affiliate member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers where our program is being used in their "Youth Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship Academy". on a national level.  In addition to youth programs, Flip That House The Board Game has also partnered with organizations such as MERS Goodwill Excel program to facilitate in adult learning financial literacy and entrepreneurship programming as well.
