At Flight 100 we are committed to creating a ripple effect of positive change in our communities and beyond. Our goal is to see 100 young men turn into 1000 and 1000 turn into ten thousand. Ten thousand young men will turn into one hundred thousand. One hundred leaders will create one-million leaders. Flight 100 will ignite one million. 

We believe that leadership is a process of continuous growth and development. By creating a community of leaders, we aim to foster an environment of mutual support and collaboration that encourages each member to reach their full potential.

The Flight 100 Foundation is committed to building leaders through mentorship, increasing self-confidence, thereby creating the next generation of community leaders. We believe that every young man has the potential to be a leader and make a positive impact in their community.

Our mission is to empower and inspire young men to reach their full potential and become leaders who create more leaders. We recognize that leadership is not limited to titles or positions of authority, but rather it is a mindset and a way of being.

At Flight 100, we aim to provide young men with the skills, knowledge and support they need to develop their leadership potential and become positive role models in their communities.
