Find the Light Foundation works to improve mental health awareness and wellbeing in our community. We focus on education, advocacy, and connection, especially helping young people and families feel informed, supported, and less alone. We do this through community events, school-based programs, and public education efforts that make mental health more approachable and stigma-free.
