Cultural Leadership is a youth education and leadership nonprofit organization. Based in St. Louis, we are dedicated to creating a more just community by training area youth to be the next generation of social justice and civil rights leaders. Cultural Leadership students learn the skills needed to become risk takers, activists, and problem solvers who recognize and resolve critical issues facing society while building and using a diverse network of allies. Cultural Leadership's graduates learn the skills and confidence to Stand Up, Speak Out and Take Action.
Cultural Leadership now offers three distinct leadership development programs for middle school, high school, and college-aged students--a year-long high school program for 10th and 11th graders and their parents, a condensed summer camp for rising 8th and 9th graders, and now a summer internship program for Cultural Leadership alumni to return/stay in the St. Louis and start their professional careers in social justice and diversity and inclusion.
