Our programs are designed to improve child care services through training, education, quality standards, coaching, business supports, and policy work.
We connect families to child care through our referral service helping them choose a child care program that meets their needs. Families are assisted with child care subsidy application assistance.
We support child care educators, directors, and owners by providing access to professional development and higher education scholarships. These opportunities help to increase education, compensation, and retention. Child care business owners can access business training focused on child care operations and HR best practices assisting in the sustainability of child care programs.
Employers, economic and workforce development leaders are provided with data on the economic impact of child care scarcity, community level child care supply data, and innovative child care solutions. Child care assistance can be a company benefit assisting in recruitment and retention of the workforce. We share our child care systems expertise with community stakeholders, regional planners, Chambers of Commerce, and business and legislative leaders to provide education and insight on core issues contributing to the child care shortage.
