Since 1959, Challenge Unlimited has been transforming lives across the greater St. Louis region by helping individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve greater independence. Through training, job coaching, employment services, staffing support, and community-based programs, we create pathways to opportunity for people who deserve the chance to work, grow, and belong.
Serving the St. Louis area, we partner with individuals, families, and employers to open doors to meaningful employment and community connection. From Scott Air Force Base and Schnucks Markets to numerous retailers, Challenge Unlimited helps create inclusive workplaces where individuals can succeed and thrive.

In the past year, Challenge Unlimited served 201 individuals with disabilities through community-based services across the greater St. Louis region. Through training, coaching, Community Day Services, and meaningful employment opportunities, we help individuals build confidence, gain independence, and strengthen their connection to the community. As the cost of providing quality services continues to rise, support from donors is more important than ever to help us continue opening doors to brighter futures.
