Poverty stems from a wide breadth of unmet, intersecting needs like food insecurity, housing, access to education, access to health care, and marginalization. CAASTLC offers an all-encompassing, holistic approach to economic empowerment and the eradication of poverty. In order to fully support our customers, CAASTLC focuses on five key areas:

1. Family and Economic Security
2. Health and Nutrition
3. Housing and Energy
4. Community Outreach
5. Youth Services

We believe that by attending to these five areas, we uplift individuals, families, neighborhoods, and, ultimately, the entire community of St. Louis County.
