HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM
We are committed to promoting healthy eating habits for our young dancers and providing the resources and support needed to help them make healthy choices. Donations will go towards funding healthy eating programs and resources for our youth dancers, including nutrition workshops, healthy snack options, and educational resources on the benefits of healthy eating.
SISTER SESSIONS PROGRAM
We recognize that mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being, especially for young people. Dance can be a powerful tool for promoting mental health, but it is important to have the resources and support needed to address mental health concerns as they arise.Donations will go towards funding mental health programs and resources for our youth dancers. This could include workshops with mental health professionals, counseling services, team boding activities that promote self esteem and self confidence building, resources such as books and articles on mental health.
