The objective of this program is to build relationships between local fire service organizations and the communities we serve by sponsoring sports minicamps for African American high school and college athletes. mini camps will be a collaboration between local fire departments, professional athletes, high school, college, and community sports organizations. Our goal is to offer an average of 10 students per year an opportunity to obtain an Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) certification. We want to further our goal by supporting EMT students with an opportunity to become dispatchers, paramedics and/or firefighters.

The mission of the charitable fund is to give opportunities for educating, training and certifying underserved Blacks/African Americans to become Emergency Medical Services workers which includes all first responders in the following categories: Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's), Paramedics, Dispatchers, Firefighters or further their education to become Nurse's Aides or Nurses.
