Adam Morgan Foundation (AMF) provides workshops designed and customized for your Individual Interests & Needs. We utilize the core philosophies of andragogical principles. Andragogy is the art and science of facilitating learning for adults with a focus on self-directed, competency-based learning. As the foundation of our business, Andragogy adds the core values in which AMF provides their supports and services.

Independent Evaluation Services
Recognizing the Importance of Building Rapport, Communication Preferences, Environmental Factors, & So Much More!! We provide Independent Evaluations that focuses on an accurate and comprehensive depiction of current abilities as well as to assist with the determination of medical diagnosis &/or identification of Academic Achievement, Adaptive Ability, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behavior/Emotional statuses, Cognition, Resiliency, Specific Learning Disabilities, and others, as necessary.

Individualized Supports/Services - EMPOWERMENT
AMF provides individualized support and services for all ages and disabilities. Our focus is on beliefs, values, and attitudes of all team members. We help build a collaborative team led by the individual with the disability. Success is measured by having high expectations, believing in the individual, having a positive attitude, and valuing the individual's contributions and strengths.

Tech 4 Independence Program - The technology curriculum will be customized and developed for the purpose of:
• Improving the quality of all areas of life and health for neurodiverse individuals
• Education and empowerment of clients and direct care staff
• Generate Independence, Self-Determination, & Self-Directed Learners

Apple A Day Program
The intent of the "Apple A Day" program is to provide technology, such as iPads, to individuals with a disability. The utilization of an iPad has allowed some children/adults who have never even spoken a complete sentence before to have authentic conversations with others. Our efforts are to create a voice, where one did not exist. In today's world, if you don't have access to technology, you are limiting yourself in all aspects of life. For those without a disability, technology makes life easier; for those with a disability, technology makes life possible!

IBCCES Certified Training Partner
As a Certified Training Partner, the Adam Morgan Foundation, will provide trainings and offer Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for all ten areas of autism competency that are required for certification:
- Autism Overview - Behavior Supports & Interventions
- Communication Strategies & Supports - Social Skills Strategies & Supports
- Environment Competency - Emotional Awareness & Bullying
- Sensory Integration & Awareness - Program Development
- Motor Skill Competency - Medical & Health Considerations
