Pathways to Housing is a comprehensive, trauma-informed, 12-month domestic violence stabilization and rapid-rehousing program operated by Diamond Diva Empowerment Foundation to support survivors and their children as they transition from crisis to long-term self-sufficiency. The program provides immediate housing stabilization through emergency placement, rental assistance, and landlord advocacy, paired with intensive, survivor-centered case management focused on safety planning, economic stability, and permanent housing outcomes. Services are designed to meet survivors where they are, reduce immediate risk, and create a clear pathway toward housing security.
Participants receive coordinated wraparound supports, including financial literacy, workforce readiness, legal advocacy, mental health referrals, and access to trauma-focused therapeutic services to promote healing and resilience. The program also emphasizes goal setting, accountability, and skill-building to support long-term independence and generational stability. Pathways to Housing prioritizes survivor autonomy, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based practices to reduce housing instability, prevent homelessness recidivism, and interrupt cycles of abuse. By integrating safe housing with measurable outcomes and holistic supports, the program empowers survivors to rebuild stable, independent lives while strengthening family well-being and overall community stability.
