Whether your organization was one of the 900 nonprofits that participated in Give STL Day last year or new in 2018, the St. Louis Community Foundation has a training session for your nonprofit!

This year, the St. Louis Community Foundation has partnered with Archford Capital Strategies, to bring Give STL Day 2018 back-better than ever! Archford Capital Strategies, LLC, a private Registered Investment Advisory firm providing individual wealth management, retirement services and business consulting to over 500 families.

Give STL Day Peer-to-Peer Training - Learn Best Practices & Strategies from Give STL Day Veterans
Thursday, February 8 - 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM 
To help your nonprofit succeed on Give STL Day 2018, this peer-to-peer training will give you an opportunity to hear from other nonprofit organizations as they share their strategies, success stories and outline their plans for the big day. This training will be facilitated as "speed dating" in which you will be able to rotate around the room to hear from various organizations that have had success in past years.

The recently passed tax reform package has the potential to impact, perhaps significantly, the dynamics of development. Jim Maher, CEO of Archford Capital Strategies will host and facilitate a high level discussion covering the key elements of the new legislation. Nonprofit employees, board members and directors will be able to use this information in conversations with current and potential donors to highlight the continued importance and value of charitable giving.

Now entering its fifth year, Give STL Day is a day of giving fueled by the power of social media. About the St. Louis Area Foodbank Hunger Engagement Center
The St. Louis Community Foundation is appreciative of the community support of the St. Louis Area Food Bank's use of their new Hunger Engagement Center as the training venue for 2018 Give STL Day Trainings. 

The St. Louis Area Foodbank's Hunger Engagement Center is a multi-functional, A/V equipped, and fully flexible learning and meeting space designed to accommodate groups of 15 to 180. A visit to the Hunger Engagement Center for a program with their education specialist is a great way to increase your hunger awareness and become engaged in their work. The HEC is also available for private rentals, making it is the perfect setting for hosting board meetings, seminars, and corporate retreats.
