The Gateway Down Syndrome Association (previously known as the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis) is proud to serve the 2,200 individuals with Down syndrome and their families who live in the community of St. Louis and the surrounding areas. As part of our service and support, we provide programs and resources for area families, educators, health professionals, and community members. Our range of support covers educational programming, classes and recreational programming for individuals with Down syndrome, workshops for caregivers, support for our Community Groups, medical professional outreach, and new and expectant parent support. We are the only organization in the region that is dedicated solely to serving individuals with Down syndrome from birth to end of life.
