City Academy provides exceptional education to scholars age four through sixth grade. The school is the only private, independent elementary school in St. Louis and the state of Missouri providing scholarship support to all students. Community support allows City Academy to provide exceptional education to 185 students, and alumni support programs to 182 alumni. Nearly 100% of our alumni high school graduates matriculate into college. 90% of our sixth grade graduates matriculate into other private, independent schools in St. Louis.
City Academy's focus on STEAM brings experiential projects into all of our classrooms. Students develop cross-curricular connections that foster critical, creative thinking through hands-on projects that incorporate science, technology, engineering, and math with art. All City Academy students are immersed in Spanish language instruction through hands-on, cultural activities. All students in grades first through sixth receive their very own violin and violin instruction.
