$7,500 Goal

For more than a century, the Youth & Family Center (YFC) has served as a stabilizing force in North St. Louis City. Today, we are a six-day-a-week community hub serving 16,054 individuals annually (up from 800 in 2021). Families rely on YFC for consistent access to food, a health clinic, bank services, youth development, senior wellness, sports recreation, and a safe gathering space.

In 2025 alone, we served 1,953 individuals through our pantry, provided 10,250 meals to seniors, and delivered 3,835 meals to youth through after-school and summer programming. Our work ensures that children are supported academically and emotionally, seniors remain connected and active, and families have access to essential resources during times of need.

Mission

To help youth, families, and older adults attain self sustaining lives by providing innovative social educational and recreational resources and to serve as an anchor for the near North Side of St. Louis.
