Although we SAY amusement park, SoDP is truly an initiative to create impactful family experiences, provide equal opportunity to educate and employ hundreds of people of ALL abilities, including our converting Veterans, and open the eyes of the community. A theme park for EVERY body, including our Veterans, no matter mental, physical, social capabilities, will draw national and international guests and SoDP's grassroots efforts will have an immense, vertical reach on the economic impact especially employment, tourism, and hospitality. As SoDP continues to develop our grassroots initiative, we are implementing programs and projects with local businesses, through our newly launched REGIONAL GRANT PROGRAM.
Mission
SoDP is a model of diversity, equity, & inclusion, as we bring together an extremely marginalized population of diseased & disabled to partner with the healthy & able-bodied for fun, adventure, & education together. We are positioning ourselves as the leaders in the industry to survive, thrive & carry out our mission for years to come because we are building the most innovative, fully accessible amusement park in the country; an Epcot-like destination for families from across the globe.
