Saint Louis Counseling

A nonprofit organization

Saint Louis Counseling, formerly Catholic Family Services, founded in 1955, is a nonprofit office-based mental-health and emotional-health provider serving more than 7,000 people annually. Part of our core mission is to break down the stigma of mental illness and increase accessibility to services. Our overall goal is to improve the well-being of others and promote healing for individuals and families. Saint Louis Counseling operates seven offices spread throughout 10 counties and St. Louis City. Our office-based services include individual, marital and family counseling, parenting classes, and outpatient psychiatry services. The average length of treatment is 10-12 one-hour counseling sessions. Saint Louis Counseling also provides onsite counseling/coaching/trauma training/prevention services in 130 public and private schools through our School Partnership Program (SPP).
