AgeSmart Community Resources

A nonprofit organization

10,000 people are turning 65 years old every day - these numbers are unprecedented in U.S. history. 9 out of 10 of these people want to live at home - that translates to 128,000 people in the Metro East who want to age in the comfort of their own homes. At AgeSmart Community Resources, we help them do just that by providing 20 different services designed to help people stay healthy and independent.

It costs just pennies on the dollar to help people stay at home versus living in a restrictive environment like a nursing home. For example, a home-delivered meal not only provides nutrition but allows daily interaction for a home-bound person. This simple meal can be the one thing keeping them healthy and in their own home.

Help a Senior Stay in Their Home
You can help one senior for just $25 per week, $100 a month or $1,200 for a full year. Think about it - you can keep someone happy and comfortable in their own home for about the same cost as a cup of coffee at your local café. Make a difference in someone's life today with a donation to AgeSmart.

Remember don't just grow old…age smart!
