The mission of Friends of Willmore Park is to conserve, preserve, and improve Willmore Park, in collaboration with the City. We have a master plan to continue increasing the amount of park land planted with native wildflowers that provide critical resources to pollinators, reduce CO2, support soil health and water drainage, and add even more beauty to our park.

This campaigns supports the planting of 2 more wildflower beds, equalling about 2,500 sq. ft. in size and including about 450 wildflowers.

To date, we have planted about 2,500 sq. ft. of wildflower/wetland gardens in the park. (On the map, this includes one of the "1,000 sq. ft. Wetland Garden" and the "Existing Garden.") These are the first sustained wildflowers to grow in the park. With your help, we can build on past successes and continue to Grow Willmore Wild.

Thank you for your support!
