Help Amber raise money for PCS!

I’m raising money for Premier Charter School this GiveSTLDay, and I’d love for you to be part of it.

PCS is a public charter school here in St. Louis that brings together kids from all over the city—kids with different backgrounds, experiences, learning styles, and needs—and creates a place where they truly belong.

From the beginning, we were drawn to how inclusive and joyful it felt. There’s a real commitment to meeting kids where they are, whether that means extra academic support, space to grow socially and emotionally, or just more time to play, explore, and be outside.

Now that we’ve been part of the school for a few years (our oldest is in 5th grade), we’ve seen how much that care and intention matters. Our kids have amazing teachers, and they’re growing up in a community where diversity isn’t just talked about—it’s lived and celebrated.

Some of the things we love most:

• Soccer with the YMCA, right at school
• Garden days and beautification projects, where kids connect with nature and families build community
• The Fall Break camping trip (such a special tradition)
• The end-of-year school picnic
• Nearly 100 trees planted on campus 
• The Multicultural Fair and the way the school celebrates its community
• Watching our kids build real friendships across cultures and backgrounds
• Inclusive classrooms that support a wide range of learners
• Parent-led after-school clubs like Graphic Novel Club, Spanish Club, Legos & Games Club, and more

Diverse city schools like PCS do so much to create opportunity, connection, and belonging—but they don't always get the same resources as other schools.

I’d love your support to help ensure the teachers, staff, and students at this wonderful school get the support they need and deserve.
