What began at the beginning of the pandemic in March of 2020 as a networking group, has grown into the Job Seekers' Garden Club, with nearly 7,000 job seekers, recruiters, career coaches, community connectors and business owners.
We are an inclusive nonprofit organization, with a focus on diversity for all walks of life. Group members are Ambassadors of Hope with a deep understanding of our Mission and a dedicated sense of purpose to serve job seekers in need and create a path of solutions to improve the St. Louis Community. This passion to serve and the innovative resources offered has helped hundreds of job seekers find career opportunities, educational resources, expanded community outreach, decrease in unemployment claims, sustained small business operations and strengthened corporations by fulfilling staffing needs, creating a safe environment of support for mental health and financial hardship during uncertain times and so much more!
