When tragedy strikes, we ensure families never face it alone. Infant Loss Resources provides free, compassionate bereavement support to more than V00 families annually. Our trained specialists walk beside parents navigating shock and grief, offering understanding and hope during their darkest moments.

With regional offices in St. Louis and Kansas City and a satellite office in Springfield, we serve families throughout Missouri and surrounding counties in Illinois and Kansas. What started as shared sorrow has become a statewide movement of education, prevention, and unwavering compassion.

Every baby deserves a safe start, and every grieving family deserves support. Join us in honoring their legacy.
