The Community Wellness Project (CWP) is a non‐profit 501c3 health promotion and disease prevention service organization, founded in 2003 by a small group of dedicated health educators, to address health inequalities and disparities experienced by racial and ethnic minority populations. With offices in downtown St. Louis, Missouri and East St. Louis, Illinois the agency serves disadvantaged and under-served communities in the bi‐state (MO/IL) St. Louis metropolitan area by providing programs and services designed to address multiple related health risks and reduce health disparity burdens. CWP has been actively involved in delivering HIV Integrated testing services to very high-risk individuals in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, and has engaged in multiple community events and venues for service delivery, including agencies working with LGBTQAI populations, Community health fairs, Drug treatment facilities and homeless shelters.

Mission

The Mission of the Community Wellness Project is to promote community wellness through education, prevention, and resources with particular regard for diverse cultural and racial minorities who are under-served and under-represented in the United States and its associate territories with offices located in the St. Louis and Illinois regions.
