When TransParent was founded in 2011 by two St. Louis moms who felt isolated and alone raising their gender-expansive kids, they could only dream of the community we've built together. From those first four families around a kitchen table, we've grown into a national network spanning more than a dozen states — connecting parents and caregivers to the support, resources, and compassion they need for their child's journey.
That growth happened because of people like you.
