Operation Pathways (OP), delivers on-site programs and support for individuals and families living at St. Luke's Plaza, a 216-unit affordable housing community in St. Louis' Central West End. For residents who are stably housed, OP focuses on advancing economic mobility—connecting them to critical resources and providing coaching to help them achieve their self-defined goals. For those facing crisis, we offer immediate, responsive support, including crisis counseling, rental assistance, and access to food and other essential resources.
St. Luke's Plaza was severely impacted by the recent Tornado, with 90 families being displaced. OP's staff mobilized quickly, providing impacted residents—with essential supplies, guidance, and connections to recovery resources. Just as importantly, they provided something less tangible but equally vital: regular communication, conveying consistency, reassurance, and a clear path forward during a time of upheaval.
